I had to warn ahead of time, since some of what follows is more than graphic. And yet, it is from books on a reading list for grammar school students suggested by a group whose exec. director is our education czar. Read and cry for this country.

Holy crap, RO. I had to stop after the 5th excerpt. It made the coffee in my stomach go sour. I cannot imagine any of these books making their way into public schools. Disgusting!
